HorizonMyCouncil app for iPhone and iPad

HorizonMyCouncil is a free app that allows residents, councillors and officers to report and manage issues by simply taking a photo of an issue such as a Pothole, missed bins or illegal dumping of rubbish and using a GPS enabled phone or tablet directly notifying the Council where the issue is automatically allocated to a council officer.
Automatic feedback of the issue Receipt and its progress in the council is sent back directly to your phone or tablet enabling tracking of your issue with the Council.
For non-Horizon Councils and email will be sent directly to the Councils email account where the issue will be processed by council officers.
